1. The Seller foresees that the decision of the Purchaser of the Kitten purchase is informed and considerate. Kitten bought from our cattery returns and exchanges cannot be.
2. The Purchaser is obligated to be conscious of the fact that the amount of hair of the Sphinx is dependent of multiple factors and can change depending on hormonal modulations, genetics, climatic parameters, quality and correctness of nutrition et al., and the Seller shall not guarantee that the purchased Animal shall not ever have hair-covering.
3. Avoidance of the Contract obligation by the Purchaser constitutes pecuniary (or non-property) endamagement of the Seller and shall be resolved in accordance with the Contract and in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
4. The breeder doesn't bear responsibility for loss of quality of an animal on a mistake of the Owner or in unforeseen situations (accident, a consequence of the transferred heavy disease, the inappropriate maintenance, a feed, etc.). The estimation of quality is made at the moment of transfer of an animal. 
5. We prefer, that purchaser came for a kitten personally, therefore Breeder does not bear the responsibility for quality cargo shipment or delivery with the courier of animals and the consequences connected with transportation. The responsibility of breeder comes to an end at the moment leaving home of breeder, of transfer of an animal in cargo or to the courier.
6. At will and due to the Owner before sending a kitten in the house of Breeder can invite experts from laboratory to the house for delivery of analyses to a kitten on all infections interesting the Owner. If the Owner has not taken advantage of this right claims on health of a kitten in the further are not considered.
7. The breeder give guarantee that the parents of a kitten free from HCM.  
If in age of 1 year or before 1th litter, the new owner discovers HCM a kitten, he is obliged to do the test in two different veterinary vet clinics that are registered and have a license for this test. Also, in addition to a copy of the test is necessary to take the entire process on video HCM screening and send to the breeder. In this case the breeder can replace the kitten on new.
8. The Owner undertakes to contain an animal in quarantine within 14 days.
9. The Animal will carry a name cattery «PIRAMIDE» during a life that should be reflected in any documents and registration. At use of a photo of an animal as any advertising the full nickname of an animal necessarily is underlined. The owner undertakes to place a photo of an animal with the instruction of its full nickname with prefix PIRAMIDE on the site.
10. The rights for breeding can't be transferred. The animal with the rights of breeding use cannot be sold or presented to the third party with the same rights at all. Upon termination of breeding work the animal received from cattery "PIRAMIDE" should be castrated/is sterilized.
